Mango Milkshake

This creamy and refreshing Mango Milkshake is made with ripe mangoes, milk, and sugar for a naturally delicious drink.

Ingredients

For mango puree
  • 100 g mango, roughly diced
  • 1 ½ tsp / 10 g sugar
For milkshake
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Prepared mango puree
  • Pistachio (chopped), for garnish

Method
 

For mango puree
  1. Add diced mango and sugar to the grinder jar.
  2. Blend until you get a puree.
  3. Transfer the puree to a bowl and keep it aside for the milkshake.
For milkshake
  1. Add the mango puree along with milk into the jar.
  2. Blend until everything is mixed well.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachio.
  4. Refrigerate the milkshake until chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavour.
  • You can replace sugar with honey.
  • Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of the mangoes you use.
