How to make Frozen yogurt?

Mango Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Add diced mango to the grinder jar.
- Blend until you get a puree.
- You will get ¼ cup of mango puree approx.
- Take it out in a bowl and keep aside for the recipe.
- Place the hung curd in a mixing bowl and whisk until you get a creamy texture.
- Add the mango puree and honey.
- Whisk until the mixture is combined well.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.
- Place the moulds in the freezer and let it set for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavour.
- You can swap honey with powdered sugar. Keep in mind, the texture will vary depending on which sweetener you use.
- For a protein boost and extra crunch, feel free to add 10 g of any nuts of your choice. Pistachios taste amazing with mango yogurt.
- You can also use small paper cups instead of popsicle moulds. I’ve provided an image below for your reference.
- Before serving, let the popsicles rest at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly.
- To release the popsicles easily, warm the moulds by rolling them between the palms.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to one week.
