  • 50 g/ ½ banana
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tsp/ 10 g sugar
  • ¾ tbsp/ 6 g rolled oats
  • ¾ tsp/ 3 g flaxseed
  • ¾ tsp/ 3 g sunflower seeds

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the mashed banana, milk, oats, seeds, and sugar to a blender.
  3. Blend until creamy and well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes.

Notes

  • You can add seeds of your choice.
  • Add seeds depending on the digestibility. If you feel the shake takes time to digest or experience gut discomfort afterwards, reduce the amount of seeds.
