Method
- Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- Add the mashed banana, milk, oats, seeds, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until creamy and well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes.
Notes
- You can add seeds of your choice.
- Add seeds depending on the digestibility. If you feel the shake takes time to digest or experience gut discomfort afterwards, reduce the amount of seeds.
