For roasted cherry tomatoes
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast over medium heat until slightly softened.
- Switch off the flame and set aside for garnish.
For toast
- Toast the bread with butter until crisp and golden.
- Take one labneh ball from the jar and spread it evenly over the toast.
- Top with roasted cherry tomatoes and serve.
Notes
- Sourdough works best for easy digestion, but any kind of bread can be used.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes gently to retain their juiciness.
- You can use the sliced tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes.
- Season the labneh balls with your favourite herbs and seasoning.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and taste.
