Method
For hung curd/ Greek yogurt mixture
- Take hung curd in a mixing bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, then mix until smooth and well combined.
For roasting tomatoes
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Roast them over medium flame until they soften slightly.
- Turn off the flame and keep aside to use later as a garnish.
For assembling the canapés
- Spread 1 tsp of prepared hung curd mixture on each slice of cucumber.
- Garnish with roasted cherry tomatoes and dill leaves.
Notes
- Use any variety of cucumber and tomatoes that are easily available in your local market.
- You can prepare the hung curd mixture in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to a day or two.
- If making in summer, keep the assembled canapés in the refrigerator to chill.
